Resources for Landlords and Tenants Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic

 

Here are links to Resources for Landlords & Tenants affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Emergency Rental Arrears Program for Landlords.  The Missouri Emergency Rental Arrears Program (ERAP) provides financial support for landlords and renters who are struggling due to the COVID-19 emergency in the State of Missouri. The program will reimburse landlords for past due rent payments (rental arrears) for the period beginning April 1, 2020

 

State Assistance for Housing Relief (SAFHR).  The State Assistance for Housing Relief (SAFHR) Program provides rent and utility assistance for tenants and landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19. Eligible tenants can apply for financial assistance to be paid directly to their landlord.

 

Missouri Housing Development Commission Housing Resources Page.  Information on direct assistance from the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC).

 

Voluntary Action Center Services and Resources.  VAC helps to stabilize low-income families and individuals in Boone County by providing resources for basic and emergency needs in the areas of health, employment, education, and housing, so they can overcome economic hardships and maintain self-sufficiency.

 

Central Missouri Community Action Energy Assistance.  The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists families with energy costs in the summer and winter months.
