Provide quality affordable housing opportunities with supportive and economic resources to eligible households in Columbia, Boone County.

CHA’s two major housing assistance programs are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Families pay 30% of their adjusted household income for rent.

Our Family Self-Sufficiency Programs help families develop five-year plans for self-sufficiency.
