PHA Annual Plan & Budget

PHA ANNUAL PLAN, FIVE-YEAR PLAN AND FY 2023 BUDGET

Each year, the Columbia Housing Authority develops an Annual Plan and Budget.  A Five-Year Plan is developed every five years.  These plans provide an overview of the management and operation of the housing authority and also include the CHA operating budget and Capital Fund budget.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The CHA Board of Commissioners held two public hearings on these documents at their regular monthly meetings held on the following dates:

The public hearings began at 5:30 p.m. on these dates.

These documents were posted for a 45 day public comment period and were reviewed by the CHA Resident Advisory Board.
