60-Day Request for Public Comment on Public Housing Utility Allowance Schedule

Public Housing Agencies are required to annually review and if necessary update the utility allowances provided to residents who pay for utilities. Due to improvements funded by the Energy Performance Contract, utility usage at the family sites has changed in the past year. Data documenting the changes is available at the Administration Building at 201 Switzler Street. The new flat rents are proposed to take effect June 1, 2014. The new utility allowances are proposed to take effect July 1, 2014.
