Resident Associations

You can help your neighborhood grow and thrive by taking an active role in your Resident Association. All public housing residents over the age of 18 are automatically a voting member of their association. Meetings are held monthly to discuss upcoming activities and opportunities for neighborhood improvements.   Association members elect officers, make decisions about the use of their association’s budget, and advise CHA management on policies or actions that affect their living community.  Attend a meeting to make friends and to find out what’s happening in your neighborhood.
