CHA Low-Income Services, Inc.

In 2003, the CHA started this 501(c)3 non-profit organization to develop resources and opportunities for individuals and families to use their CHA housing as a foundation for their personal future.

Over the past 15 years, CHA Low-Income Services, Inc. (CHALIS) has worked with more than 130 community agencies, partners, and a variety of different funders to develop resources for all ages of individuals.

CHA Low-Income Services, Inc. has three main goals:

 

Help children be prepared to enter and succeed in school and life

 

 

Support families as they work toward self-reliance

 

 

 

Empower individuals and persons with disabilities to live independently
