Each year, the Columbia Housing Authority develops an Annual Plan and Budget. A Five-Year Plan is developed every five years. These plans provide an overview of the management and operation of the housing authority and also include the CHA operating budget and Capital Fund budget.
The CHA Board of Commissioners held two public hearings on these documents at their regular monthly meetings held on the following dates:
The public hearings began at 5:30 p.m. on these dates. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these hearing were held as virtual meetings using the Zoom video conferencing application. Those with computers with cameras were able join with video and audio. Those without video access were able listen and participate using computer audio or telephone. Those wishing to participate were required to request an invitation to participate in the meeting by sending an email request to: columbiaha.info@gmail.com at least four (4) hours prior to the start of the meeting.
