PHA Annual Plan & Budget
Each year, the Columbia Housing Authority develops an Annual Plan and Budget. A Five-Year Plan is developed every five years. These plans provide an overview of the management and operation of the housing authority and also include the CHA operating budget and Capital Fund budget.
The Board of Commissioners of the Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) will hold two public hearings on on September 17, 2019 and October 15, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the CHA Administration Building, 201 Switzler Street. Written public comment will be accepted until October 15, 2019.
