Home Buyer Education Class

The Home Buyer Education Class is designed for individuals and families seeking more information on the home buying process.

Expert facilitators cover everything from improving your credit, how to pick a real estate agent, and applying for a home loan.

Participants receive a useful manual and a certificate which qualifies for the City of Columbia’s First Time Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  The cost is $10 per person.
