Section 8 HCV Housing List

The Columbia Housing Authority offers a list of available rental housing from landlords who will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.  This list is provided as a courtesy to both landlords and Section 8 participants.  This is not a comprehensive list of available rental housing and no guarantees are made on the availability of the units on the list.  Section 8 participants are encouraged to check the rental listings in the local newspapers and other on-line resources.
