Work Orders
Work orders for public housing units and property should be placed by calling (573) 443-2233. Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) staff members are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to process requests for repair or assistance.
CHA maintenance staff is also on call and available for emergency requests for service during non-business hours by calling the same phone number. After hours, emergency calls include:
• No heat
• Clogged toilet
• No hot water
• Flooding
• Smell of gas
• Malfunctioning smoke detectors
• Resident locked out of his/her apartment (when CHA safety staff is not on duty)
