Rent Schedules vary according to properties. Columbia Housing Authority properties are divided into Asset Management Properties or AMPs. Each AMP has its own schedule. A concise chart of rates is available by link on this page as a Microsoft Word document. It is updated as rents change. The current document was approved in February, 2009.
