  • Bear Creek Community Center

  • Close to bus line

  • completed December 1966
  • designated for residents who are near-elderly or elderly
  • located on the southeast corner of Sexton Road and Garth Avenue (700 North Garth Avenue)
  • has efficiency and one bedroom units

  • Garden space for residents
