Public Comment Requested – Revisions to the CHA Grievance Procedure

The Columbia Housing Authority is requesting public comment on proposed revisions to the CHA Grievance Procedure.


The CHA is required to adopt a Grievance Procedure to provide a forum and procedure for tenants to seek the just, effective and efficient settlement of grievances against the Housing Authority of the City of Columbia (CHA).
