Public Comment Requested – CHA Annual & 5-Year Plan, FYE2021 Budget, & 2020-2024 Capital Fund Budget


The Board of Commissioners of the Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) is requesting public comment on the following CHA planning documents for FYE2021.

  • FYE2021 Annual PHA Plan and Five-Year Plan
  • FYE2021 Operating and Capital Fund Budgets

These annual planning and budgeting documents are available for public review on this web site at Annual & 5-Year Plan, Budget, & Capital Fund and at the following locations:

  • CHA Administration Building, 201 Switzler Street
  • The CHA Family Self-Sufficiency Center inside the J.W. “Blind” Boone Community Center, 301 North Providence Road;

The CHA Board of Commissioners will hold two public hearings on these documents at their regular monthly meetings held on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, September 15, 2020
  • Tuesday, October 13, 2020
