Public notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Columbia, Missouri (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing in the board room at the offices of the Authority, 201 Switzler Street, Columbia, Missouri 65203, on Thursday, September 28, 2017 commencing at 10:00 a.m., at which time any person may be heard regarding the proposed plan of financing for the bonds described below.
The Authority will consider the proposed issuance of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in one or more series in a principal amount not to exceed $3,300,000 for the purpose of making a loan to Bryant Walkway II Housing Development Group, LP, a Missouri limited partnership (the “Partnership”), to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and rehabilitation of approximately 36 apartment units located at 306-412 LaSalle Place, 306-402 Pendleton Walkway, 300-304 Trinity Place, 201-203 Park Avenue, and 200 Boone Drive in the City of Columbia, to be known as the Bryant Walkway II (the “Project”). The Partnership is expected to be the owner and operator of the Project.
