Request for Proposals: Unit Inspection Services


The Columbia Housing Authority is accepting proposals for unit inspection services for the Housing Choice Voucher, Project-Based Voucher and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Rental Assistance Programs. An official proposal can be downloaded from our website, or may be obtained at the Columbia Housing Authority’s Administration Building, located at 201 Switzler Street, Columbia, MO 65203. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., CST, Friday, October 14, 2016.
