SEALED BIDS: Mailed or Hand Delivered Bids must be sealed and clearly marked CHA Office Expansion & Renovation. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 19 @ 201 Switzler Street & from 1:31pm to 1:59pm, bids will be accepted at Oak Towers 700 N. Garth Ave. in the Lobby Dining Room before the Bid Opening.
