Chief Executive Officer Position Opening

The CHA Board of Commissioners is seeking applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of the Chief Executive Officer for the Columbia Housing Authority.

Under the general direction of the Board of Commissioners, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is an executive leadership position with overall responsibility for the administrative and professional work involved in planning, directing, and coordinating CHA’s affordable housing programs and related supportive services.

Resumes will be screened in relation to the criteria outlined in this brochure. Candidates deemed to possess the most relevant qualifications will be invited to participate in an interview with the consultant in late February. Subsequently, the most qualified candidates will be invited to interview with the CHA Board in early-March. An appointment is tentatively expected by late March, following the completion of in-depth reference and background checks to be coordinated with the successful candidate.
