Employee Assistance Program

Everyone can use a little help dealing with life’s challenges from time to time. That’s why we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a service for our disability insurance members. This program offers guidance and resources for employees and their immediate household family members.  Unlimited phone access to assistance with legal, financial, work-life services, career development, and overall wellness.

Our employees have access to confidential assistance through EAP services provided by Magellan Behavioral Health, an independent company specializing in providing comprehensive counseling and referrals by phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tools and information are also available at www.Principal.com.
