CHA Board of Commissioners

The Mayor appoints five Commissioners to serve staggered four-year terms.

The current Board of Commissioners is composed of the following members:

  • Genie Rogers – Chairperson: Appointed May 1990
  • John French:  Appointed June 2017
  • Bob Hutton: Appointed August 2014
  • Max Lewis – Resident Commissioner:  Appointed May 2008
  • Robin Wenneker:  Appointed June 2017

Meeting Schedule

The CHA Board of Commissioners generally meets the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in CHA’s Administration Building, which is located at 201 Switzler Street.

The Agenda Packet for the meeting is generally posted on the Friday before each scheduled Board meeting.  You can access current and previous Agenda Packets through the link below:

CHA Low-Income Services, Inc. (CHALIS)

CHALIS Board meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis following the regularly scheduled meetings of the Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m.  You can access current and previous CHALIS Agenda Packets through the link below:

Columbia Community Housing Trust (CCHT)
